Get out and ride with us each year as we hold an annual motorcycle poker run to benefit the Sweeet Springs Food Pantry.
We host the Sweet Springs Food Pantry Poker Run every year as our major fund raiser. For the past two years it has been held on the third Saturday in September. In previous years it has been in early October. The date for the next Poker Run can be found on our Event Calendar page.
Riders receive a tee shirt for participating. Area businesses sponsor the poker run and are advertised on the back of our tee shirts.
The run starts at the Food Pantry, stops at various locations in the area, and then ends at the K-Bar Restaurant in Emma.
Both riders and volunteers have fun at the various stops, winning prizes and "riding for food" as the proceeds from the event go to help feed those in need. The community is invited to participate. They can ride in other vehicles also, not just motorcycles.
We wish to thank all of the participants and volunteers who help make this yearly event a smashing success.
